The Technical Integration Analyst provides technical leadership with analysis, implementation, and production support of custom and vendor integrated data interfaces supporting a variety of applications and projects
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Interface implementation for both HL7 real-time interfaces and batch file transfer interfaces.
· Provide real-time HL7 and file transfer interface subject matter expert leadership and coordinate modifications, issue identification and resolution, as well as process and data testing.
· Lead the design, planning, building, configuration, and testing of interfaces based upon submitted specifications.
· Bachelors degree in a business management or technical/medical discipline
· Minimum of 7 years of IT experience in a hospital or medical related industry is preferred
· Minimum of 7 years of technical specialist experience involving HL7 real-time data integration among clinical and business systems in a healthcare environment is preferred
· Minimum of 2 years of experience involving patient registration and EMPI solutions is preferred
· Experience in IBM Initiate or similar EMPI packages is strongly desired
· Detailed understanding of one or more of the following data integration standards: HL7, ANSI X.12/EDI, DICOM, and HIPAA transaction sets
· Strong knowledge of one or more data integration middleware products and/or technologies such as HL7 interface engine, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IBM MQ, Managed File Trader (Axway Synchrony MFT product suite preferred), SFTP/FTP scripting
