Business Analyst – MUST HAVE some experience working on a Windows 7 project

Fort Worth TX

Must be local

 

Planning and execution of IT Logistics for Front Office in the Americas region focused on the deployment of Windows 7Coordination with IT Operations and Infrastructure on support issues and IT logistics

Interface with internal customers for planning, execution and support efforts under supervision of team lead Quality end-user support with emphasis on effective verbal and written communications

Effective time management through balancing operational and production support responsibilities, ad-hoc customer requests and project-related activities and support

Provide direct IT Logistics support for Front Office in the Americas region for new Operating System, mobility and messaging components for a wide variety of users and devices

Experience with deployments/roll-outs of laptops/computers and operating systems ideally specifically with Windows 7

Experience should include planning, execution and support of the deployments Experience interfacing with end-users and business leadership relating to the deployments
