Location: Dallas TX( NEED LOCALS)

Duration : 6+ months

The PeopleSoft Developer will report to the Sr. Director of Development & Technology.  The contractor will be developing within PeopleSoft as well as platform integrations with our financial system and other third party platforms.

Responsibilities:

·        Will work directly with the HR-Payroll Manager and internal development team.

·        Provide technical assistance with supporting the existing internal and external interfaces to/from the new instance in support of the functional testing process.

·        Provide troubleshooting services to support any functional or technical issues identified.

·        Provide development services for enhancements/changes.

·        Provide technical guidance related to database and operating system patching plans.

Requirements:

·        5+ years experience with all HR modules of Peoplesoft (HCM, HRMS, Core HR, Base Benefits, Payroll Interface, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).

·        5+ years of hands-on technical development experience.

·        Experience with technical upgrades and implementations for Peoplesoft.

·        Experience participating in different life cycle phases such as requirements gathering, design, and development efforts.

·        BS Degree in a related field is preferred.

·        Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM Version 8.9 and PeopleTools on a Windows / SQL Server 2008 platform.

·        Development and support experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQRs, Application Engine, Workflow, Check Print File (ADP), Component Interface, Integration Broker and SQL Server 2008

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to independently coordinate with other groups such as LAN, Security and DBA

Plus:

·        Any Oracle Financials experience is a bonus (migrating off of it)
