Position: Ruby on Rails

Location: San Jose or San Diego CA

Duration: 3 months

 

Description

Three month Ruby on Rails developer contract position to work with our UI/UX, development and Cloud Services teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·      Develop web front end for FICO’s PaaS offering.

·      Customize Redhat Openshift for private cloud use

 

           

Educational Requirements:

·      Bachelors degree in Computer Science or 5 years software development experience

 

 

Experience/Qualifications:

·      Minimum 3 years Ruby on Rails experience

·      Minimum 5 years software development experience

·      Experience with front End technologies such as Javascript, JQuery, XHTML, CSS

·      Decent command of Object Oriented Programming

·      Previous experience developer for the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

·      Other SQL experience – Oracle, Postgres,
