Job Title:Business Analyst

Location:Chicago, IL || Need Locals || F2F ||

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

Health care experience required.

1.         Previous work withstakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate non-functionalrequirements as related to business processes, policies and informationsystems.
2.        Define and document business, and non-functionalrequirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statementsof the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group ofstakeholders

3.        Translate high-level businessrequirements into specifications for the IT organization and manage changes tosuch specifications
4.        Obtain consensus by facilitating communicationbetween business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to finalimplementation.
5.        Provide input to estimates for project managementand change management activities through analysis of requirements effort,resources, and technology.
6.        Maintain complete confidentiality of companybusiness.
7.        Maintain communication with management regardingdevelopment within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform specialprojects as required or requested.
8.        Experience with HP Quality Center
9.      Must be able to work independently as well ascollaborate with a larger group of business analysts.
