Job Description for Senior Front-End Java Developer with Crystal Reports

Seeking a Front-End Senior Java Developer for help with design, develop, unit testing and deployment of a multi-tiered fuel and retail cross-marketing system.  In this role the Developer will be responsible for 50% of UI development and 50% writing Crystal Reports.

 

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Ø  Minimum of 8 years of Java programming

Ø  Understanding of the web development process including:

Ø  wire-framing/mockups

Ø  development

Ø  debugging

Ø  testing

Ø  Knowledge/experience with Crystal Reports – Ability to write reports and develop the plugin to call the reports

Ø  Strong SQL experience – Stored procedure creation and tuning

Ø  Great understanding of OO design, J2EE, JMS, Struts, and XML

Ø  Working knowledge/experience with HTML, CSS, HTML5 and JQuery

 

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

Ø  Understanding of UI design concepts

Ø  Experience with DOJO and/or Mootools is plus

Ø  Education BS or higher in Computer Science or comparable discipline
