F2F interview

Looking for a Sr Level SD lead contractor with extensive experience in warehouse operations like pick and pack. Need excellent communication skills and strong technical leadership skills. Local Candidates only.

We are forming a new team for a new project, and I need a tech lead on the project. This person will be responsible for designing a solution end-to-end. He will lead a team of 5-6 people. We are taking on a client that requires us to get into the pick & pack type of operation instead of the current bulk picking operation. The person will review the current SD process, customize it to work more efficiently with pick & pack operation. Experience with RF gun scanning process is helpful.
