Job Discription:-

Need a functional lead with Oracle Financials experience (AR/AP/GL).  Candidates must have the following:

1.  Oracle Financials (AR/AP/GL)

2.  UAT lead experience.

3.  Ecommerce experience.  

 

Duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Act as a Single point of contact between the business team & technical team members.

· Develop testing cycle's execution plans and coordinates such execution

· Provide functional leadership to Business user: Educate Business users on the solution being implemented and assist them in developing the appropriate test cases and scenarios to insure the solution meets the requirements.

· Collect and maintain all the test scenarios and cases required to insure the quality of the solution being implemented, as well as the data required to execute such test cases and scenarios.

· Monitor the execution of the various test cycles and report progress towards a successful test cycles completion

· Maintain the execution status of each test scenario and test case, as well as the status of the various reported defects and their resolution plan and status

· Participate in defect review meetings to help developers understand issues and setting severity levels.

· Work with the Business users and technical teams to insure defect resolution meets business requirements.

· Ensure test environments readiness for business users prior to the start of the testing cycles

· Prepare daily execution plans, daily status reports and conduct status meetings

· Involved in requirement reviews and creating UAT test cases and scripts

 

Requirements:

· Must have 8+ years functional expertise in Oracle EBS Financials (AR, AP, GL) as a techno-functional or functional leadership capacity

· Must have experience with ERP integration with an ecommerce platform, or external order management/revenue capture solution.

· Demonstrated experience in testing Oracle EBS implementation, in particular the financial modules â¿¿ Manual Testing

· Demonstrated experience in leadership and coordination role, coordinating the activities of Client Business users

 

 

· Experience with leading 2-5 test analysts.

· Bachelor's degree.

· Must have a solid functional knowledge of R12 (particularly AR).

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this includes excellent listening skills, concise communication, and targeting the message to specific audiences).

· Detail oriented & excellent organization skills and ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
